Besides, some people complain that their jobs do not suit and make them stress or the work environment can not help them develop their skills. However, one of the big problem that they usually face up in their workplace is the relationship between boss and staffs. I think that is an enormous trouble for persons who always stand a fastidious and argumentative boss. To solve this, I will give you some advice for building a good relationship with your boss.

How do you get your boss sympathy? To answer this, I want to emphasize that it is crucial for the staffs to get the boss impression. That seems quite complicated, but if you notice the next things, you can easily get it. Firstly, you need to prepare your clothes carefully because it shows who you are and how you respect the other person. You do not have to dress-up, just dress politely and suitable for your company environment. Secondly, you should pay attention to the facial expression when talking to everyone, especially your boss. It is an important factor to get the other person's sympathy. Practice smiling in front of the mirror is a way to get a natural expression. Lastly, your speaking style is also important. You should not answer your boss blankly. It is very impolite and easy to make your boss unhappy.
