Many people think that it is more important to work at a job you enjoy than to make a lot of money. Others claim the opposite. Personally, I strongly believe that having a well-paid job will increase your life quality, earn respect and trust from other people and live a happy life.

First, having a big paycheck helps employees to improve their life. Specifically, earning a high-salary helps workers to meet their needs such as food, accommodation cost, utility bills and so on. Thanks to this job, workers have enough financial conditions to support their family and live a happier life. Moreover, when people have fulfills their most basic need, they will be able to look after their health, extend their education. It not only eliminates diseases but also increases the prosperity of society.

Second, workers who earn high income will receive respect and trust from others. When people have high earnings, their job is often regarded as a respectable one. Also, if people have a high position with a high salary, they will have a high social status. They have a voice in important issues of not only their family but also community. Moreover, workers gain considerable prestige and generously contribute to the development of society.

Finally, there is no doubt about receiving happiness when people have a high paycheck. It is considered as the recognition of dedication. It not only makes them satisfied and proud of themselves but also helps them to achieve a healthy state of mind. Also, they will have the motivation to work more effectively and devote all abilities to the company.

In conclusion, people have their own criteria for choosing their satisfied jobs. Others say money doesn’t bring happiness but the lack of money leads to many serious issues. For me, I prefer working at a job which brings you a high salary.
