The given chart illustrates how the UK's four car firms spent on advertising in 2002.

From an overall perspective, all the car manufactures allocated most of their budget for TV advertisement while there was a little amount of money spent on that of cinema over the given time.

In terms of press advertisement, the capital Renault company spent on it was the highest (at 45 million dollars ) while the figure for Vauxhall which was only $8 million ) stayed the lowest. In contrast, both the firms had similar features on promotion through movie theater and outdoor, which was never surpassed $7 million. Moreover, the total budget Renault allocated for TV commercials was $59 million while that of Vauxhall outnumbered by $6 million over the time frame.

Regarding the 2 rest businesses, in 2002, the total budget Rover spent on print advertisement was 38 millions which over tripled the figure for Cetirizine. There was no investment allocation for cinema and a tiny amount of money spent on out-of-home advertising (lower than $3 million ) of both brands whose expenditure on advertising through TV was the most, at $45 million, $70 million, in turn. It can be apparent that all 4 car companies spent $15 million on radio advertisements.
