Please review my English essay

Topic : Some people say that the main environmental problem of our time is the loss of particular species of plants and animals. Others say that there are more important environmental problems. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

My essay:

It is argued that the major environmental issue in today world is the extinction of various species including flora and fauna while others believe that there are more significant problems associated to environment such as climate change which deserve people's attention and efforts. Therefore, I totally agree with the second view point.

The issue that number of plant and animal species have gone extinct results in food shorttage . As a result, the animal food chain will be severely disturbed, various animal species might be involve in harsh conflicts related to their poor meal.However, this is not directly affect the human lives because of the advanced technology.Thanks to that, it is possible to stimulate the meat from the laboratory without killing any kind of animals. Eat Just food production company is a prime example, they managed to recreate unlimited chicken meat by using one cell of a chicken, which is not only the same texture and taste as the authentic one but also healthier and more sustainable.

There is significant environmental problems deserve taking into account as soon as possible, which is climate change. Humans are prevalently prone to more and more disastrous weather patterns such as flood , tsunami, earthquake,... Consequently, a myriad of people will lost their home ,become unemployment or even deaths, especially those who live in developing regions and its government is not able to tackle all those problems immediately.For instance, a extreme tsunami happened in Indonesia in 2018 killed approximately 4500 people and a number of houses damaged or destroyed, hundreds of families were still displaced.

To conclude, although the falling number of species of flora and fauna imperil the lives in the Earth, I am of opine that climate change is more detrimental as well as this require immediate actions.
