Direction: Respond to the email as if you are Robert Krumm, a restaurant customer. In your email, describe ONE problem and make TWO suggestions
Dear Elaine Meyer,
I received your e-mail regarding my bad experience at Stardust Restaurant. This was the first time I’ve visited there, but I am wondering should I return to your restaurant next time? The food is very delicious but the service is very slow. I have to wait half an hour to order my meals, and then it took one hour and a half for me to get the food. Anyway, I have a couple of suggestions for you to improve your service. It would be a good idea to offer a complimentary dessert to customers who wait for a long time. Also, you should improve customer service by training your staff to be active and polite. It would help your customer have good experiences.
Sincerely,
Robert Krumm
