Dear Mr. William,

I received your email asking about my cancellation of World Economic News subscription. I don’t have any problems with your magazine, please don’t worry. I enjoy it very much, but I am too busy to read all of the issues. Also, although the content of your magazine is very good, it costs me a lot of money. I just cannot afford to pay for it. I have a suggestion for you to improve your services. How about reducing the subscription price? If you do that, people like me can pay for it and enjoy the magazine.
I am looking forward to hearing what you think about my ideas.
