Please review my conclusion

This sentence is the conclusion section in my report:

Based upon the historical research; review of relevant documents; review of governmental databases and files; interviews conducted with selected individuals and public officials; and the onsite visual assessment of the property, no recognized environmental concern was identified.

Would you please review it grammatically?

One more question please, What's the difference between

- No recognized environmental concern was identified.

and

- Recognized environmental concern was not identified. ?
