Please review my Comparison and Contrast essay!

Hi! I have to submit a compare and contrast essay ("The Gift of the Magi" vs "Everyday Use.") I just completed my first few rounds of proofreading, but I feel like things are missing still. I would appreciate some help/comments!

I also put in the directions for the essay, along with the part of the rubric our teacher gave us, for reference.

Note: This is English 1B, so it shouldn't be too strict, but please do be strict and nitpicky when you review. I want to make sure everything is strong (analysis, style, grammar, etc). I am aiming for a B or above, but an A would be nice
