Cam 13 Test 4 Writing Task 1

The plans below show the layout of a university’s sports centre now, and how it will look after redevelopment.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparison where relevant.

The given diagram illustrates profound changes of a university’s physical division design after reconstruction.
As can be seen, the university sports complex has undergone a modernization process.
Looking at both the maps in more detail, the middle area with the swimming pool of 25 twenty-five meters surrounded by a changing room and a seating place on both sides stays unchanged. The gym site behind will be expanded. In the current arrangement, two outdoor courts are situated at equal distances on the western as well as the eastern side/ both the wings of the main hall. But they will be demolished in the future and all the components are planned to be integrated as a single and systemized unit. There will be some additions around the entrance. Sports shop and a changing room on the left, while a café and another changing space on the opposite site are added. A pool for leisure purposes will be constructed at the West of the Sports Centre.
