Please review

"So that our library collections are increasing and have a wide range of variety."

I want to say that by increasing the number of collection, we will have various type of books either by subject, by type of books (fiction/non fiction), etc.

If it's already happening: "Our library collections are increasing so that we will have a wide range/variety of books.'

If it's a suggestion "Our library collections should be increased so that we can improve the range of books.'

I suppose it can be categorised as suggestion, as it is a recommendation for a report.

You can only use 'will' if this is an action that is definitely going to happen. It doesn't sound as if that is the case here.
