In the last sentence the situation is like I am talking to a person and while the conversation is going on over phone and just to confirm that the person is understanding me or whether my voice is audible to him or not. So that’s why I make it in a continuous form "Are you getting me". I can say "Do you get me" once I finish my matter, but how can I confirm t
