Please rectify my teacher's sentences

My so called teacher made this sentence , but I reckon she has made some mistakes regarding usage of fluctuate

Something fluctuating my good opinion about somebody is his giving away the information about something I had emphasized not to be revealed .

She actually wanted to say that my behaviour had changed her good opinion about me .

Does this sentence make sense at all ?

By the way we are living in pakistan.

Hi, fluctuate - sounds like the opinion keeps changing, from good to bad to good to bad etc. change - the opinion goes from good to bad In addition, 'fluctuate' is an intransitive verb. You can say that something fluctuates but you can't say something fluctuates something else.
