Please rectify gramatical and other mistakes

This product is getting hot while I'm using it. As per the manufacturer, they said it may get hot a bit but not abnormally hot. This product is working fine except the heating issue which is quite abnormal. I made a contact with 'ABC co. Ltd.' and they prescribed me a lot of methods to get rid of this heat but none of them actually worked, so they finally said that ''it may be the battery that causing the issue and you can ask seller for a replacement''. They don't have any service center out of China, so their warranty service covers this replacement.
I also contacted the seller but they didn't reply.
Please next time call me with the specific time I have mentioned.
Actually by mistake I selected this refund option, if refund is not possible then at least initiate the replacement.
