Please read and correct my writing about Mongolian "Tsagaan Sar" celebration

There are three main holidays here in our country. The name of these holidays are Tsagaan Sar, Naadam and Birthday of Chinggis Khaan. Tsagaan Sar is New year day of Mongolian traditional calendar. It is mostly celebrated one day between late January and early March. Ancient nomadic Mongolians had celebrated to finish of harsh, cold winter and to coming nice warmth spring time. Because that time all of our anciester was herders so herder living more related with nature and weather condition.
Main meaning and significance
Main meaning and significance of Tsagaan Sar is to honor for elders and meet with relatives together. Some people say that day is Relatives day. Actually Tsagaan Sar is continued several days. Before day of Tsagaan Sar is named Bituun its meaning no moon in the sky, dark night. The Bituun day all family finish vary of meals for Tsagaan sar celebration.
All people must get up early the Tsagaan sar day. If you get up early and happy and healthy for that day you will be such a happy, healthy in the new year. When sun rising of Tsagaan sar day Mongolians do some ordinances for earth and sky. This ordinances is come down from ancient nomadic to modern Mongolians. Ancient Mongolians worship for nature as a mother earth and father sky.
After sun rising all relatives coming together to most elderly family of them. Then greeting each other with best wishes. It named Zolgoh and all younger people firstly greet with elders. There are many traditional greetings related health, living and weather condition.
Also people forgive and wish happiness if they had ‘’bad relation’’ with each other in last year.
Main food and drinks of Tsagaan sar
Buuz is main food of Tsagaan sar it is small pieced sheep meat or beef with added onion some salt then folded by thin prepared dough. The buuz by steamed after 20-25 minuts ready to eat. How delicious it is. Mmmm
Also boiled meat of sheep or cow is one of main food. Uuts is high honor food for that day it is boiled whole meat of sheep.
Mongolian traditional Milk tea, airag is common drink during tsagaan sar celebration. Now days there aren’t a lot of airag which is milk of horse in families who live in the cities. But families who live in countryside have nice organic airag more common.
One of bad habits during Tsagaan sar is Mongolian drink too much of alcoholic drinks. But that bad habit is lowering year by year.
Of course my most liked holiday is Tsagaan sar during the Tsagaan sar you can see more of Mongolian tradition, food, custom and differences the other nations.
