In some countries, owning a home rather than renting a house is very important for people.

Why might this be the case?

Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

There is a belief that being house ownership is better than living in a renting one in some nations. As far as I know, it is common in some Eastern countries and I believe that it leads to positive effect rather than negative result.

This phenomenon came from hierarchical society, the rumor was that home is the initial place to start every important milestone in individual life. A house is a place for resting or relaxing, also influences personal health, career, marriage, and their children pervasively. Renting is just a temporary solution for staying. Besides that, owning a home means that you could stable in your economy and the financial burden will be lightened. It is really important matter for people, especially for the young.

Nowadays, if you want the house belonging to you, it takes you a load of money, no matter how small or big. But this will coincidently prompt young people to study and work harder to accomplish, leading to the whole social economy being developed. On the other hand, however, there still have several persons act on the opposite way. Should they don’t have enough money, the house will be neglectfully constructed without complying with a range of safety standards or even owners take loans which they couldn’t afford. They believe the luck would smile and bring success for them. Nobody knows the rest of the story.

Bottom line, being house ownership is very meaningful. I personally agree that people should own a house because it takes along to many benefits both for individuals and the society.
