Please rate my motivation letter for masters

Hi, I'm applying to a masters programme in Europe and would really appreciate some suggestions/corrections/criticisms for my motivation letter. The limit is 300 words.

Since my first economics lesson at A-level, an ever-developing curiosity has resonated within me. Continuation to undergraduate has furthered my understanding of the theoretical foundations of economics, and numerical methods used to support them. When researching my dissertation topic I was captivated by economic methods not covered by the course syllabus. It was then I realised that undergraduate economics was merely an introduction to an ever-expanding discipline.

Studying at postgraduate level will develop my empirical skillset, both in size and sophistication, honing my ability to make rational and informed decisions. Through learning econometrics at an advanced level, and interaction with lecturers and my peers, I aim to become well versed in this field and apply that knowledge when I start work.

In particular, I wish to advance my ability to conduct time-series analysis. Breakthroughs in technology and the emergence of high-frequency data necessitate the ability to handle and manipulate such data to extract impactful conclusions. The rigorous course on offer at the University of XXXXX will enable me to produce world-class research in this field.

My eventual career path once I complete my studies is of vital importance. I aspire are to obtain employment at a multinational corporation or government agency in Europe. The approach taken at the University of XXXXX with regards to the thesis is highly appealing as it offers an opportunity to tackle problems directly relevant to the operations of one of the many corporations located in the city.

This course provides an opportunity to improve not only my education, but also myself as an individual. Learning in an international setting with a culturally diverse student body would facilitate an exchange of views and ideas will benefit all parties. I strive to be the best at what I do and the academic environment at the University of XXXXX is conducive to my progress and ability to contribute to the global society at a deeper and more meaningful level.
