Dear City Council,
I am writing to you to express my concern about a construction project named Alex Hotel near my house. I live in the Waterfront area where the construction being built.
The construction site has been built for two months. At first, the workers just worked in the daytime. It is acceptable because we all go to work. The problem has occurred recently in a couple of days. They work until midnight with a lot of heavy machinery, causing insomnia to residents. This negatively affects my working performance on the next day because I have to work very early in the morning.
I would like to suggest that the city should have had some regulation to limit the working hour of the construction site. For example, they can work with heavy machinery in the daytime from 7 am to 5 pm. After that, they still can work but with a certain noise level to avoid bothering us.
In sum, I hope that our city will have a reasonable solution for this problem as soon as possible. However, we are eager to see the development of our city with more facilities being built.
Thank you for your consideration.
Regards,
John.
