Please proofread the sentence.

Sentence: I came here after I have had Tea.

Context: You went to friend's house, then friend's Mon offered you a cup of Tea.

I am confused with whether to use "come or "came". Please help me.

Context: You went to a friend's house, where friend's Mom offered you a cup of tea. You drank tea with your friend and then left to come here.

When you arrived, you said, "I came here right after I finished the tea that my friend's mother gave us."

You can add "before I came here" but it's not necessary.
