Please proofread sentence

I was at the factory last week, swamped w/ meetings and banquets, so didn't really have time to think about anything else.

Does this sentence sound natural and grammatically correct?

Thanks!

'w/' is not a word. Do you know how to spell it? You also need a subject in the final clause.
