Hi,
We have a three bedroom apartment in the center of Buenos Aires, located on Paraguay Road and Chile Road. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a young Argentian professional. Two rooms will be available from the 10th of June. One room is about 20 sqm, which is 3000 pesos. The second room is about 12 sqm and the price is 2700 pesos. Every room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk and bed. The apartment was renovated with modern and luxurious furniture.
The neighborhood is very convenient. 10 mins away from Metro line 1 station. 8 mins to line 7,9 station.3 mins to Carrefour. The Cityshop and GYM is within the same block. It just needs several mins to the famous snack street Road.

I took The Cityshop and Gym to be a single facility. If that is not the case, use 'are' and 'gym'.
