?My newly independent country – X needs highly qualified and professional economists who will further democratize its economic and social systems and develop our economy as a whole. I would like to become one of those ambitious, highly educated and skilled economists and make my own contribution to the sustainable development of my country. I have developed a keen interest in economics during my high school studies where my school curriculum mainly focused in accounting and economics major specifically it involved Microeconomics, Statistics and Accounting classes. Academically I have always been considered an honor student and my educational background have prepared me well to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Economics. My passion for mathematics, analyzing and problem-solving skills led me to choose X School of Political Science and Economics, majoring in Economics.

?After spending an academic year as an exchange student at X elementary school in X State, USA - I became determined of pursuing my education abroad. Having considered numerous universities, I selected X University. Firstly, I chose X University because of its curriculum that focuses on quantitative methods, theoretical and empirical training and fully reflects the broad expertise in theinternational faculty. I am interested in developing in depth knowledge in the subjects of: Law and Economics, InternationalFinance,. Through this program, I would like to learn about how we can promote more sustainable economies and how third world countries and their economies can be made more sustainable. Also, I found out that the program adopts the “X” – seminar series, the discussion-based courses which will allow me to have interactive classes and promote fruitful discussions. Secondly, both of my elder sisters studied in one of the top universities in X and their career success has inspired me to pursue my education in X country. Additionally, the reasons why X University is my top choice is its location and diversity. Being in X city, one of the safest cities in the world with its hospitableand vibrant life, modern campuses and a friendly diverse environment are the main factors that appealed to me. Moreover, I am interested in learning X culture and language. Throughout high school, I’ve attended various cultural events at X cultural Center. I find X culture to be unique and would relish the opportunity of exploring X Country during my studies. Furthermore, being bilingual in X and X have motivated me to learn German and Chinese and studying at X University would allow me to learn X language and add additional skills to my background.

?As I am a very active person, I intend to be involved in sport activities at University of X. I found out that the social life at University of X is important as the academic ones. The University has a lot of outstanding and distinguished Olympic champions such as XX, XX, Xx and studying at the same University they have attended is an honor for every student. During my studies at X University, I would love to be a part of the X culture club as well as the sports club. Also, I would have the opportunity to represent University of X as a student ambassador. I am motivated to volunteer in helping X and international students who are interested in learning X language, English or X. Finally, I intend to be involved and volunteer in program’s events, social gatherings and through this add diversity to X University.

?Later on, I see my career path as an economist working at international financial organizations or central banks. I aim to land leading positions and I strongly believe that my knowledge and educational experience from X University will prepare me to achieve my goals contribute to the sustainable development of economy.
