Ronnie, whom Andrew met in Portland, was into astrology, karmas, chakras and energy lodes of the universe. I remember years ago, I joined this meet up group and attended their weekly meeting in Campbell. The leader showed us how to do the chakras meditation. It was very relaxing doing this meditation so I attended the weekly session for a month, and then I stopped. I did some research about this chakras to learn the different techniques. I did the meditation every night before I go to sleep or early in the morning. I do not do this chakras meditation anymore ever since I joined the bible study group.
