Please proofread

1. Talking about going back to a restaurant later. I say:

We could always come back later. Or

We can always come back later.

And

2. Talking about cosmetic surgery: I say:

He needed fascia tissue from the temple(side of head).

And

3. I've had it before, but I don't remember how it tasted. OR

I've had it before, but I don't remember how it tastes.

Are both useable?
