It was with great pleasure that I received the acceptance letter from the University on Tuesday, 14 January 2020. However, XYZ company would like to know whether it is possible to defer the studies to the Septemeber 2020 intake?

Due to the nature of our business being active in four business segments: Logistics, Maintenance Repair, and Catering. Where they also belong to the worldwide leading companies in their respective segments.

With that said, the board has raised concerns with me being out the business for the first half of our year, which is critical for any company.

Further, we are happy to put down the required payment/s to secure the acceptance offer.

Would you please let us know whether this would be possible?
