To the CoolBeard community.

We are all impacted by the current situation and we can only hope that this situation is heading toward the end. As a team we are committed to do our part to prevent the pandemic to escalate further.

Today I made a difficult but necessary decision to shut down our retail store temporarily. We are closing our store until we have a green light by the local authorities to reopen our store.

Our online store is open, running with regular support hours, standard shipping and delivery time. We understand that there are limited things we can do to contribute to reduce the impact caused by COVID-19 but we managed to work out a few things.

First, we are launching a 15% discount to every item purchased by healthcare workers and medical practitioners. We know that a little treatment can bring a positivity to our health worker which is needed especially in this stressful period.

Second, we are shifting our summer sale that is supposed to launch in June to April. In case you need your restocking earlier due to current lockdown, we got you covered. All the purchase of our beard accessories is currently at 10% discount.

The past two months have been difficult for me and my team, watching all the workers affected by the virus. As a person and business owner, working close with my team and business partner has helped to keep running this business in this uncertain moment. I would like to say thank you and express how grateful I am for them and I hope we can go through this challenge as a community.
