Grammar

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me out. It's rather urgent.

Hi,

Could someone please take a look at the following text for grammar mistakes?

P.S. Please let me know if you have a better line (conveying the same information) in your mind.

The waiver you have sent me is not signed. Please sign it, and send it again. Also please mention whose favor you have sent it in.

With great regards,

Hungry

Dear NTB, Thanks a lot for taking some time out for me, and helping me.

The waiver you have sent me has not been signed. Please sign it, and send it again. (Also please mention whose favor you have sent it in - this doesn't make sense to me. What do you mean by 'whose favor you have sent it in?') I mean ask who the waiver is addressed to. Is it correct to say

Please also let me know who the waiver is intended for.

Please let me know who you wish to send the waiver to.

Dear NTB,

It's so thoughtful of you for helping me. Thanks a lot.

I have two more questions.

1. Can I say "sign and send it again" or "sign it and send it again" is better?

2. Can I replace 'the waiver' with 'it' in 'Please also let me know who the waiver is intended for.' , since I have already mentioned it before.
