Please need paragraph correction. Unit 9 (1)

Hi Teachers,
Would you correct if there are any mistakes in this paragraph?
Fred Collins is going to get a very nasty shock in a few seconds. He does not know that his wife came into the pub (only) a few seconds ago and is standing behind him. Fred is talking with a woman, and they seem to be having a great time talking and drinking beer. The situation is going to change completely as soon as Fred’s wife says something to him. Don’t you think?
