Please need letter correction

Hi Teachers,

Could you correct this letter please?

My question is how much do you charge per hour?
If we come to an agreement, the classes will start January, 17th. On Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00 - 3:30.
You've told me that you are free only on Mondays and Fridays 2:00 - 3:30, is that still so? If yes, let me see if I can change the schedule to these days.

Thanks in advance

Hi Your letter sounds very informal to me, especially the first sentence. If it is a formal one(most probably here), I would put it like this: First, I would like to ask how much you would charge for an hour. If we can come to an agreement, the classes can start on January 17 .

Hi prajwalkr,

Thank you very much for your reply.

No problem If the letter sounds informal. I already know the teacher. But I really liked you letter, though there is a small question on my side, '... It would be on Tuesdays ...'. Shouldn't it be, ... They would be on Tuesdays ...' because I'm referring to the clas

Hi prajwalkr,

I think this is a much better letter. Another teacher has helped me.

I would like to ask how much you charge for an hour. If we can come to an agreement, the classes would start on January 17. They would be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 - 3:30. You told me that you are free only on Mondays and Fridays from 2:00 - 3:30. Is that still the case? If
