Please, need help with translation!

Maybe you are familiar with term of "double negative"? The case is that in russian language "double negative" is in common use and it is grammatically correct. Can someone explain how to translate double negative from russian to english. For example, how it would be in english: "? ?? ???? ?? ?????? ?????" or "? ?? ???? ?? ??????? ?????"?
