Please need help with Grammar Question

I need to know which sentence is correct.

They currently have open with our institituion 2 checking accounts.

or

They currently have opened with our institution 2 checking accounts.

Just my 2 cents....

I think the second one is more correct, except the word order is a bit out of order.
