IS the given below sentence gramatically correct?

Well, given the time and money you'll spend in travelling to the video store it's better that you go to a movie theater.

Your sentence isn't correct. My suggestion: Considering how much time and money you spend going to the video store, I think it's better that you go to a movie theater instead.

I'd probably use "time and money you'd spend."

Given your lack of funds, you'd better stay home. It seems like the same basic structure.
