Please need a lot of help. With Present Continue

Hi friends. Mi teacher today taught us about present continues. So im confused now! Is horrible. For example (e.g)
- I'v never driven a car
-I never drive a car
-I never drove a car
What is correct or no? What mean in some context? Is present continuous similar to form in past?

Another example-
I've swom in the river is similar to " I swam in the river"?
I swim in the river is similar to I'm swimming in the river?.

Please help me. Thanks. Emotion: sad
