Could you please help me make this as natural as possible?
1 The point of this game is to vote for the best danser and to do that, the panel of judges select a video that the dancer will dance to and their moves have to be as closely matched to the artist's dance moves in the clip. The cadidate that copies the artist the best wins.

Although many native speakers don't abide by my suggestion, the correct form of the verb is selects , as 'panel' is a singular noun and the prepositional phrase 'of judges' should not affect the verb.
