The diagram below shows one way of manufacturing ceramic pots.
My essay:
The illustration depicts a particular procedure by which ceramic pots are created.
Overall, It can be observed the process is consisted of 10 key steps which can be grouped into three distinct stages: providing feedstock, forming the pots with raw materials, and decorating the pots.
Beginning with first stage, raw materials are transported to factories by truck after they extracted from ground by digging machines. Next stage begin with crushing the crude materials using appropriate machinery until they turn into fine powered which is then mixed with water in another machine. Next, the mixture is poured into a mold and leave out for 4-6 hours until it dries in order to fixed into it final shape.
At the last stage of the process, raw pots are arranged in the kiln for heating with high temperature (1000 degree Celsius). Finally, before the pots are ready to use, they are colored and putted into a color firing oven so they turn out completely formed pots.
