I'm a student in Austria and I want to ask you for help. I wrote a text and I don't know if I do it correctly. I know, it's a long text, but you 'll help me very much!!

ECONOMIC GROWTH

Nowadays it is popular to speak about the economic growth. But what can we really do for curing the economic? Today I will give you a few examples what the government and we by ourselves can effectuate at this problem.
If the government will put the income tax rate to hundred percent; respectively to high no one will go to work anymore, because nobody will earn nothing and so people will spend their time rather in their hobbies. Every cent will go to the government. In the opposite – if the income tax rate is too low – the government will get no money. So they haven’t any money for public-expanse or other benefits. The best way in this situation is the middle-way.
Unfortunately it is the sad truth, that the economic will grow if there are natural-disasters like hurricanes. The income of tourism will sink, all right, but many jobs will be created like in constructions; they need people who do the tidying up. It’s also an advantage for the economic, that there will be selling much more provisions like bottles of water; also the sales of pagers or walkie-talkies will grow enormously.
Also if the government will be stricter at environmental laws, the economic will grow, because green technology is on an global advance, and non-polluting products like sun-collectors are very popular and will be bought more and more. The states who operates with green technology will be worldwide more estimate, and so they get much more clients.
Woman have – statistics says – better marks at school, much more woman visit universities and educate themselves. In conclusion this woman educate their children healthier and raise them up to be ambitions. So there will grow up - every time - new generations of successfully, healthier people, which would strengthen the economy and they will work for the economic growth.
