Please make the statements easier that I can get to understand

Hello honorable teachers, hope all of you are well and happy. Sir, I have watched a video clip and I did not understand some expressions that I have written below. I just need your kind help sir. Please make me understand what does the statements express.

Here the word "mosiba" is used to suggest that whatever thing has struck , struck right on target and right on time and it couldn't have hit anybody else.
So whatever calamity has taken place is not an accident. There is no question why is this happening to me . It could only have happened to you. It could not have
happened to anybody else. Why is this happening now. It could only have happened now, it couldn't have happened at any other time bicause it's right on targer. it's
the thing that hits on target that's the term that's used for difficult circumstances or situations that we find ourselves in life.

Thanks in advance sir and I really appreciate your valuable time.

This is a lot to try to paraphrase, especially since it is rather rambling and repetitious. Can you highlight the specific parts or phrases that you don't understand?
