It seems that the item description now is listed combined with the item reference in the report form

We previously had a separate field for the reference, so we could check the reference for each items in stock list by conditional formatting when we have repeat orders to avoid duplicating.

We can't check or search for multiple records at same time. We can search only for single entry at a time in the system.
