Please look at the sentence below and advise me if they are grammatically correct?

I received a call from the client representative regarding to send our staff members to the resort in Island.

He mentioned that he wants to send one of our electricians and plumber to their resort to check all the electrical and plumbing related items and to make sure that everything is in order.

In response, I stated that we have currently only two electrician and no more plumber with us. Of the two electricians, one is in GTFD project and other one in airport project. Also. he asked that if any of our technician is working in Island project and I replied that there is no staff from our side but there are staff members from consultant.
