Please let me know what the sentence means

The below is from a book I study and I do not the how the sentence is constructed and what it means.

He (s) has heard and read (v) that poet (o?) so much sweet and solemn verse (o?) that his mind murmurs like a harp hung among the trees that are therein.

Many thanks in advance.

Michelle Cha He has heard and read , that poet , so much sweet and solemn verse that his mind murmurs like a harp hung among the trees that are therein. Punctuation can be very important. I had to look up this quote to find that there were commas in the text where shown above.
