Please let me know the how to imporve grammer

Hi All,

Tomorrow I want to attend the interview for Technical round. Now a days in every IT firms conducting the english essay writing . My english grammer is not good. Please let me know how can I improve my grammar skills. I forgot all the grammar and rules.
