Please let me know if that's correct?

Is it correct to write- "this check is not coming out of your pocket"?

Please let me know if these two sentences are written correctly?
"that is not quite a small sum"
" quite not small number of attacks."

Background (During the trying of the hackers to invade one sofware for winning the prize...)

The clock shows that 100,000$, this check, is not coming out of your pocket today.

No, it does not come out and after a million attacks (cyber) that is not quite a small sum (prize). quite not small number of attacks.
