Letter Writing
Please kindly help me to correct the letter
Dear Madam
Please Find Encl. the draft letter after filled the details as highlighted by you (Yellow), including necessary supporting (Pdf.) as per Point No.1,2,3,4 .
and Some Change in sentence in point no 2 as per genuine fact duly marked.
1) But one matter actually raised by Bank are as follows:
*At the time of sending the defect Spare to the beneficiary, we are raised a NO COMMERCIAL VALUE INVOICE for USD 3110.21 as per beneficiary’s concern
and for that reason weaver certificate and Custom S/Bill (No. 3788004 Dtd.02.02.2013) raised with the same value.
*But beneficiary reduced the Charges after receiving the actual defect condition of Spare for USD 1551 instead of USD 3110.21.
2) Swift Code No. means Payment Transaction ref no. ? If Other -please Specify
