Please kindly correct my introduction .
Hello, everyone
Could you please correct my mistakes from this introduction post?
Introduction
This assignment is mainly based on saving and searching songs.
Nellie Peach, a professional singer, performs in many types of concerts such as Operas, major choral works, classical works, modern works, and solo pieces in guest performances and so on.
She is a very systematics singer. She never kept the songs which she sang carelessly. She always writes the number of drawer and the songs she sang on the paper. After that she put that paper into the drawers. Drawers are marked with a single letter; A, B, C and so on. She has so many drawers like this. She tried to remember all the papers by matching with drawer numbers.
Lately, Nellie faced with a big problem. She could not remember which drawer has which songs data. She has a difficulty to remember the actual drawer number to get the song data she wants.
So, she asked a programmer to make a simple computer system which she can store her song data, add new songs by the program which we made and search song data easily by using our computer system.
She wants some main items to involve in the program. They are drawer location, song title, author, publisher, types of songs and its song length. She also wants to print out the song data which she searches. She would provide me those above points.
A programmer wrote this program for Nellie Peach in order to save and search her songs. There are three interfaces in this program. They are main menu where she could choose the action which she wants to do, saving songs interface which will appear when she clicks save button in the main menu and searching songs interface which will appear when she chooses search button in the main menu.
In saving songs interface, she could be able to save the song data by filling the form. In that form, not only main items she wants but also that programmer added some extra items to know exactly her song data. In searching songs interface, she could search her song data by filling the form. She could search her song data either with title, composer or with other items which involved in saving interface. For this, he(programmer) wrote codes to search songs with every item or at least one. For wrong spelling, he also designed the user interface to attempt to cater.
After I have written the last paragraph, I don't know how to end this introduction. It would be very nice if you could tell me how should I write conclusion. This introduction is about a singer who wants a program and asks the programmer to write a program related with saving and searching songs. And , I have to write an introduction for that.
