My name is ...., and I am writing this email to apply for Master's degree program (M2) in Accounting. Please kindly download my documents from this link : ..........................

As spoken to you via the phone, I would like to apply for the Franco-Thai Scholarship program, and the letter of acceptance from university is required before submitting the scholarship application. The scholarship application is now open and the deadline is the end of January, 2015. However, application for Master2 in Accounting will open on 19 February, 2015, and it will not be in time, so I need to apply this master before the start date of master's application. Please kindly consider this as a special case. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Note: I attached all required documents (except application form for Master2 in Accounting). Today, I also called Ms. Emily and requested an application form for this master.
