0dear maties of this forum can you just check this letter for me , if i need to add anything else , it has to be about "how mail has helped us out"02br 02br 01b01u00Dear Omar02u02b02br 02br 00 Hey, how are you? I am fine and doing great , im sorry for the inconvenience of having this letter arriving late to you , but I have been busy with life etc. You wanted to discuss the issue about how mail has helped us , well I am here and I’d like to discuss the issue. Writing to you has always been a great honor especially about things that I know of. Well to begin this discussion, we’ll start beginning with the basics of mail, and on how it has helped us out in the past centuries. The postal service in modern terms is known as “the postal system”. The postal system is a system by which written documents typically enclosed in envelopes (and also small packages containing other matter) are delivered to a most likely specific destination. Anything sent through the postal system is known as mail or post. In principle, a postal service can be private or official. Although you might think postal service is only for sending mail, well you’re wrong, postal systems have functions other than sending letter. In some countries, the postal system has some authority over telephone and telegraph. In others, postal systems allow for savings accounts and handling applications for passports.02br 02br 00 Communicating via written documents which an intermediary carriers from one person or place to another almost certainly dates back to the invention of writing. Mail has helped out in many ways, dating back to the time bc (before Christ) and still today. Mail has been transported by quite a few methods throughout history of which include the use of:02br 02br 00Carriers, dogsleds, balloon, rockets, mule, pneumatic tubes, homing pigeons, fast horses and even submarines!02br 02br 00 But one of the most important ways that was invented was by the Muslim caliph Mu’awiyya, of which the postal service was called barid ,(by the names of the towers that were built in order to protect the roads by which couriers traveled), some other famous inventions of mail systems were created by the Persians, Chinese, Romans; each one of these countries had its own fascinating and interesting way of communicating and use of the postal system. 02br 02br 00 Some very famous method of communicating and then became one of the trends back in those days was before the middle ages and during them by homing pigeons were used. Taking advantage of a singular quality of this bird, which when taken far from its nest is able to find his way home due to a particularly developed sense of orientation. message were then tied around the legs of the pigeon, which were freed and could reach his original nest.02br 02br 00These are a little fraction of what might of convinced people to create the use of postal systems , but eventually this idea spread out like a tree into different ideas which proved to be effective and reliable for different people.02br 02br 00 Well to look at how mail has helped us out in many ways we’ll take each other back in time and imagine of how it was like , to begin there were no television’s , no mobiles , no radios, and no telephones ! And not knowing what’s happening to your son in war across the world was a big disaster. But when the invention of the postal system was made, people had a bigger smile on their face. It was basically called “the ideal communicating invention” at the time. So basically knowing that your son is doing well in his exams at college, sending him money for his depts., or how his body was being treated in the specialized hospital in Germany, was at the time very intense, so when the postal systems where invented, you could at least be up to date on how your son/daughter is doing .Due to that fact that mail was not as expensive as other ways of communicating, nearly anyone could send a letter to their loved ones. Although you couldn’t send a heavy package, because of the price it was at least better then not sending anything for the sufficient amount of money you had.02br 02br 00 Mail although was great, has some interesting and has some bad resources take for example the use of posting junk mail, which is mainly related as bulk mail , where senders of these messages sometimes purchase lists of letters addresses and then send letters advertising their product or service to all recipients. Other time, commercial solicitation are sent by local companies advertising local products, like restaurant delivery. Some people get really frustrated or mad when finding their whole mail box filled with advertisements or junk mail, so some just stick on a paper that basically shows “no junk mail”.02br 02br 00 Now enough of all the history stuff and let’s get back to the 2001sup00th02sup00 century ideas and equities. The invention of postal system also helped in creating devices such as telephones or the use of Morse codes in wars or communicating. The use of mail is subject to common rules and a particular etiquette. After the discovery of new communicating systems and vehicles, mail, though retaining a certain charm, lost favor to more quickly connecting systems (which were basically thought from mail itself) such as the telephone, and remained as a vehicle for commercial or formal documents. It is however still widely in use more cultivated classes for personal communication. For example wedding invitations are customarily sent by mail, or bills and invoices are often sent through the mail, like regular billing correspondence from utility companies and other service providers. While this method is still very common customers still opt to use online bill payment methods, which eliminate the need to receive bills through mail.0-
