I would like to obtain your help on improving the sentence below :-
"The system will deliver the portal's content to registered user at stipulated intervals until the completion of the content."
This sentence shall mean the system will deliver the content for e.g. every 15 minutes until the transmission is completed.

It's pretty good how it is. Users in plural or put an A before registered. I'm sure it was just a quick typo.

" The last part depends on what happens to the content.
