Please improve my sentence
Dear Sir,
We bought fish from japan and the fish caught by japan's vessel. We need to send goods to USA and want to add some message to certificate for use to export but our supplier informed us that the shipment from japan cannot export to USA because they (supplier) issued certificate under EI regulation, not US regulation. Please advise us the diferrence of EI regulation and US regulation, why cannot add some message on certificate and export to USA?
