Please improve my sentence
Dear Sir,
Referring the 11 Containers that the vessel arrived on Oct.10th, we could not move the container with in Oct.14th because our cold storage was full. Therefore, you charged the demurrage to us amount $400. Please help to decrease it form $400 to $300.
