Grammar

Please improve my sentence.

To me, being successful in my career means having developed fully in my profession.

1. Is the sentence above grammatical? Does it make sense?
2. If my sentence is poor, please improve. I wanted to express my personal definition of success in the same sense as above. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Clive,

Thank you for your answer here.

It's me, again, from yesterday's thread about "being vs. having been". It's nice to hear from you, again.

I was wondering if you could help me, as well, with my questions in these two threads, please. You may answer only one of these, but of course if both, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks.
