Could you help me check out the following sentences? I am not sure if there is something wrong with grammar or word choice. Thank you for your help.

I am not sure I have extracted all your sentences from the gibberish. Be careful when copying and pasting from any Microsoft applications.

1. Your company will hold its annual meeting from April 4th to 6th.
2. The purpose of the letter is to request information about 25 double rooms, two large meeting rooms, and the meals for these two days. You also need to ask for information on the cost.
3. Write a formal business letter with ~~the~~ block-left format to your business partner. (I am not sure how #3 relates to #1 and #2. A person would be writing the conference facility about the arrangements, not a business partner - unless you were asking your business partner to make the arrangements.)
